Trust is important to any business, especially in the cleaning business where your valuables and private things are most vulnerable because the cleaners have access to your homes. Having that in mind, we always make sure that you have peace of mind when you invite our cleaning professionals into your home.  Even if you are not home when we come to clean, rest assured we treat your key and your belongings as carefully as if they were our own. We work hard to earn your trust and we’ll work harder to keep it.

To enforce our words, we have taken the following measures to protect your home and valuables:

• We carry general liability insurance up to 1 million dollars so should something in your home get damaged, you are covered.
• Our cleaners & maids are bonded against theft and dishonesty.
• Our cleaners & maids are carefully screened by extensive background and reference checks.

In addition to protect your valuable possessions, we also pledge to protect your confidentiality if we know any sensitive information about you or your family during the process.

Special Note:  Your key will be identified by a number, no name or address will be used, thus outsiders will not know what it is for. We keep the key in a combination locked safe. The key is only given to the cleaner on your cleaning day, and will be returned to the safe after the cleaning. In the worst scenario, if we ever loose your key we will notify you immediately and will pay to change your lock should you so desire.
